Everyone wants long thick healthy looking hair, however for some reason some people have a problem achieving this. The reason some people's hair grows slow or not can be from several different fractures. From poor diet to stress and even from medications.

Since protein hardens to form keratin which is the structure that makes up hair strands, it is important that you have plenty of very healthy protein in your diet. Minus enough protein, your body lacks the need materials to build new hair, so strands can become weak and or brittle and hair will grow much slower. Be sure you have adequate protein in your diet which will help your body produc healthy new hair growth.

Iron helps to bring oxygen to your cells including your hair follicles. It also assists your body when it comes to using protein to build strong hair. The body absorbs animal proteins such as:

You can get zinc from foods such as:
